Will the consultation sessions be in-person or virtual?

Ideally, your consultant would attend in person, however a virtual option is also available if required. Many teams today are spread geographically and virtual meetings are often more cost effective.

What is the Team Capacity Diagnostic?

The Team Capacity Diagnostic is a checklist and self-assessment for a representative from within your organisation to fill in. It is one of the tools used to gather information for analysis towards the report and recommendations.
