I saw a gap in the networking spaces for neurodivergent leaders operating at senior levels—and for entrepreneurs, ie. people like me. 

We all know the conversations happening at executive levels—or in entrepreneurial circles—are different. The risks around disclosure are different too. When you add neurodivergence into the mix, it can be hard to know who it’s ‘safe’ to share that part of your identity with, or who else might just be masking as expertly as you are. Let’s be honest: most of us have learned how to appear highly capable while hiding the toll that effort takes. For me, traditional networking events are often more draining than energising. I hope this space offers a more accessible, authentic, and energising way to connect—with people who really get it.
