I combine my passion, lived experience with neurodiversity and a 20+ year career in change and engagement to raise awareness and acceptance of neurodiversity with individuals, teams and businesses. ​

I founded Release Leadership after more than 30 years working across senior leadership, adult education and organisational development, and entrepreneurship. I now specialise in enabling neurodivergent workers and leaders to thrive at work. My passion for the neurodivergent leader comes from my own lived experience (late diagnosed AudHD) as well as my earlier career in as a speech pathologist and clinical educator. More recently, I have been focused on leadership in governance through my own board positions and  credentialing through the AICD (Australian Institute of Company Directors) .

I am both an Occupational Therapist & a qualified leadership coach and consultant. I focus on enabling leaders to be at their best in their working lives, for themselves and their teams.
