Service Description
The Release Leadership Partnership provides organisations with an ongoing leadership development and advisory rhythm. Each quarter, we work with leaders to review leadership capacity, identify retention and productivity risks, and understand how leadership behaviour, culture, and environment are affecting performance. Together, we make sense of what is happening beneath the surface and decide where leadership focus will have the greatest impact. Insights are translated into targeted leadership development support recommindations, ensuring effort is focused where it matters most. This avoids initiative overload and keeps leadership development grounded in real organisational conditions. The partnership strengthens leadership capacity over time by addressing the conditions that allow people to stay, perform, and contribute sustainably including neuro-inclusive leadership practices that work for different minds.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Fees & Charges Fees and charges for any products and services provided by Release Leadership are subject to change from time to time. All active clients will be notified of any changes either in writing or over the phone, prior to their next session. All scheduled sessions will incur a fee if any of the following occurs: -Within 24 hours- failure to notify your coach about a need to cancel a booked session – 100% charge (of the pre-arranged session cost) -Failure to show up for your booked session = 100% charge (of the pre-arranged session cost).
