Service Description
Release Your Leadership is an individual leadership coaching package designed to strengthen leadership capacity in complex roles. Over six months, we work with leaders to understand how their leadership is affecting people, performance, and outcomes. Coaching focuses on real leadership challenges as they show up day to day not abstract models or generic advice. Together, we identify where leadership effort is being drained and where targeted adjustments will improve retention, productivity, and sustainability. Neuro-affirming leadership practices are woven throughout, supporting leaders to lead in ways that work for different minds, pressures, and contexts. The result is leadership that feels clearer, more grounded, and more effective for the leader and for the people they lead.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Fees & Charges Fees and charges for any products and services provided by Release Leadership are subject to change from time to time. All active clients will be notified of any changes either in writing or over the phone, prior to their next session. All scheduled sessions will incur a fee if any of the following occurs: -Within 24 hours- failure to notify your coach about a need to cancel a booked session – 100% charge (of the pre-arranged session cost) -Failure to show up for your booked session = 100% charge (of the pre-arranged session cost).
