Service Description
Lead Well is an ongoing leadership coaching service designed to support leaders over time. Rather than focusing on a defined change process, this coaching provides continuity, perspective, and regular reflection as leadership challenges evolve. Sessions respond to what is happening now — people issues, performance pressures, decisions, and organisational dynamics — without losing sight of long-term leadership sustainability. Coaching is grounded in leadership that works for people. Over time, this supports stronger retention, more sustainable productivity, and leadership that remains steady under pressure. Lead Well is for leaders who want to lead thoughtfully, responsibly, and effectively — month after month.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Fees & Charges Fees and charges for any products and services provided by Release Leadership are subject to change from time to time. All active clients will be notified of any changes either in writing or over the phone, prior to their next session. All scheduled sessions will incur a fee if any of the following occurs: -Within 24 hours- failure to notify your coach about a need to cancel a booked session – 100% charge (of the pre-arranged session cost) -Failure to show up for your booked session = 100% charge (of the pre-arranged session cost).
