At Release Leadership, we do not offer disconnected programs or one-off interventions. Everything we do is anchored in a single, integrated system designed to improve leadership effectiveness, retention, and productivity.

 

 

The RELEASE Leadership Competency Framework

 

At the centre of our work is the RELEASE Leadership Competency Framework.

It defines what effective, inclusive leadership looks like in real workplaces — across behaviour, decision-making, communication, and culture. RELEASE 360° Feedback Tool

 

Wrapped around the framework is our RELEASE 360° Feedback Tool.

This tool measures leadership capability against the framework, making strengths, gaps, and risks visible. It removes guesswork and opinion, replacing them with structured insight that leaders and organisations can act on.

 

 

How the Framework Is Applied

 

The framework and 360 tool are applied through four core services, depending on where change is needed:

 

  • Executive Coaching – supporting individual leaders to build capability, confidence, and sustainable leadership habits

  • Leadership Workshops – developing shared understanding and skill across groups and teams

  • Strategic Facilitation – aligning leaders around priorities, decisions, and ways of working

  • Culture Transformation – embedding leadership capability across the whole system, not just individuals

 

Each serves as a pathway into the same leadership system — scalable, consistent, and measurable.

 

 

Team Capacity Diagnostic

 

The first step is analysing the gaps in your current leadership competencies. This is done with the Team Capacity Diagnostic.

This diagnostic provides a clear picture of how leadership is impacting team capacity, engagement, and performance over time. It allows organisations to establish a baseline, track progress, and demonstrate the return on leadership investment.
