I bring more than three decades of experience across leadership development, adult education, reflective supervision, and organisational consulting. My work centres on creating emotionally safe, neuro-inclusive environments where people can thrive. I specialise in supporting leaders—including those with ADHD and other neurodivergent profiles—to understand their strengths, navigate workplace dynamics, and build cultures that reduce psychological risk.
