Mentoring is a wonderful way to glean from the wisdom and experience of someone with years of experience in a similar role or ministry.

Release Leadership will match you with a mentor who knows the stresses and joys of your unique situation and can walk with you through whatever you’re going through.

The goal will be to build an ongoing relationship with a more senior person in your field of work so their character and maturity can rub off on you over time, and they can speak advise into your situation.
